Hunkemöller receives the Cross Channel Award Europe 2016 – 2017

Hilversum, 23th of December 2016 – Last Wednesday Hunkemöller Cross Channel Award Europe 2016 – 2017. The lingerie chain can call itself the best Cross Channel Retailer in Europe for the upcoming year. That Hunkemöller won the price was already announced earlier. This Wednesday the award was officially handed over to them by Q&A, initiator of the election.

The Retailer of the Year election and Webshop Awards were organized in ten different European countries in the past months. In total more than one million consumers rated their favourite stores and webshops. The retailers who won prices in both elections in several countries had a chance on the Cross Channel Europe Award. The Cross Channel Award goes to the retailer that combines online and offline best with each other.

Hunkemöller won the price, just like last year. In this edition they achieved a 7,86 as final mark. Media Mark got a 7,54 as final Mark and finished secondly. The Cross Channel Award Europe was awarded for the second time this year.

Action won the Retailer of the Year Europe 2016 – 2017 award

chelle, 8th of December 2016 - Action had been awarded as Retailer of the Year Europe 2016 – 2017. Hunkemöller won the Webshop Award Europe 2016 – 2017. The prizes have been awarded during the RetailDetail Night at San Marco Village in Schelle – Belgium. The RetailDetail Night was also the stage for the presentation of the Belgian Retailer of the Year elections.

Retailer of the Year Europe
The Retailer of the Year election and Webshop Awards were organized in ten different European countries this year. Retailers and Webshops who won the elections in at least four countries also had a chance at winning the overall European prizes. 1.8 million reviews ultimately showed Action as the Retailer of the Year Europe. Hunkemöller is the overall winner of the Webshop Award Europe as well as the Cross Channel Award. This price was awarded to the retailer that combines online and offline best with each other.

Retailer of the Year concept
The Retailer of the Year concept is initiated in the Netherlands in 2003 and is active in ten European countries. Since 2015 the European prices have been awarded.
