Il Comitato consultivo

Il Comitato consultivo è stato istituito nel 2009 per garantire l’alta qualità del sondaggio Retailer of the Year. Il Comitato è composto da rappresentanti provenienti da importanti catene di distribuzione europee e da organizzazioni commerciali.
Sin dal 2003, il sondaggio Retailer of the Year è stato condotto in diversi Paesi europei. Oggi, che il sondaggio è divenuto a pieno titolo uno dei sondaggi per consumatori più importanti d’Europa, si è reso necessario istituire un organo di controllo composto da rappresentanti internazionali.

Tutti i membri del Comitato vantano una conoscenza approfondita del mondo della grande distribuzione e una pluriennale esperienza con diverse tipologie e gruppi di consumatori. Al fine di garantire l'imparzialità del Comitato tutti i membri restano in carica per un periodo non superiore a tre anni.

Al fine di rispondere in modo adeguato alle necessità del mondo del retail e del commercio, il Comitato affiancherà la Q&A Research and Consultancy nelle attività di organizzazione del sondaggio. Inoltre, il Comitato ha il compito di contribuire ai principi di indipendenza e di imparzialità sui quali si basa il sondaggio e di garantire l’alta qualità dei dati revisionando, integrando e ottimizzando le procedure di controllo. Altro compito di competenza del Comitato è quello di ottimizzare gli strumenti di comunicazione e le attività di marketing.

The HBD was established upon the initiative of the employers and employee organizations in the retail trade, and is administered by them. Membership of the HBD is mandatory for all companies in the retail sector (shops, web shops and ambulant trade). The organization among others acts as the knowledge centre for the retail trade.

Mrs. de Jong was born in 1960 and is director/secretary at HBD. She aims in particular to contribute to the professionalism of the organization (among other things by implementing process-driven work methods), and to the transparency and visibility of the HBD.Her position automatically includes membership of the jury for the Marketing Prize bestowed by the Dutch Council of Shopping Centers. The annual award of the Annual Retail Prizes takes place under the auspices of the HBD. Prior to joining the HBD, Lotte gained experience in various executive/management positions. Among others, she was Director of a penitentiary institution, Head of Sector at the Municipality of Amsterdam and Municipal Secretary/general director of various Dutch municipalities. In addition to her work at the HBD, Lotte is active in various networks aimed at personal and organizational development, including on behalf of UNICEF Netherlands. Lotte de Jong studied History at the University of Amsterdam and subsequently followed various courses in the areas of business administration, management and mediation.

Mr. was born in 1961 and is Marketing, Communication and Innovation specialist with strong competencies on Brand & Pack Design and Strategy. Mr. Molinari is working since more than 20 years in the Consumer Marketing and Innovation field, both within Innovation Centres and Local Operating Companies.

Up to end 2004 European he was working as Marketing Manager of Cif, one of the Unilever Global brands.Before that he managed other Unilever brands at different levels so as Domestos, Skip, Vim, Svelto, and Lysoform. Before he overtook is current function he was working as Marketing Director for Bonduelle Italy (canned, frozen and fresh vegetables) and was responsible for some Bonduelle European innovation projects.
