Le comité : ‘Raad van Advies’
Un comité, le ‘Raad van Advies’ a été créé en 2009 pour perpétuer une grande qualité de l’enquête : 'Retailer of the year'. Le comité comprend des représentants des grandes organisations européennes actives dans le commerce (de détail). Depuis 2003, l’enquête sur 'Retailer of the year' est menée dans plusieurs pays européens. Cette enquête est depuis lors, devenue une des plus grandes enquête de consommateurs à l’échelle européenne. C’est la raison pour laquelle un organe de supervision international est devenu essentiel.
Tous les membres sont experts dans le commerce de détail et ont des expériences différentes avec divers groupes de clients. Chaque membre sera remplacé après trois années d'affiliation afin de garantir l’objectivité. Le ‘Raad van Advies’ guidera Q&A Research pour la création de l’enquête, de manière à répondre aux attentes des organisations de commerce de détail. En outre, le comité contribue à l'indépendance et l'objectivité de l'enquête. De plus, une grande qualité des données de l’enquête est assurée grâce aux nombreux systèmes de contrôles pour l’obtention de résultats d’analyse et d’intégration corrects. Pour finir, le comité contribue à l’optimisation de l’utilisation des media ainsi que toutes les activités de marketing.

The HBD was established upon the initiative of the employers and employee organizations in the retail trade, and is administered by them. Membership of the HBD is mandatory for all companies in the retail sector (shops, web shops and ambulant trade). The organization among others acts as the knowledge centre for the retail trade.
Mrs. de Jong was born in 1960 and is director/secretary at HBD. She aims in particular to contribute to the professionalism of the organization (among other things by implementing process-driven work methods), and to the transparency and visibility of the HBD.Her position automatically includes membership of the jury for the Marketing Prize bestowed by the Dutch Council of Shopping Centers. The annual award of the Annual Retail Prizes takes place under the auspices of the HBD. Prior to joining the HBD, Lotte gained experience in various executive/management positions. Among others, she was Director of a penitentiary institution, Head of Sector at the Municipality of Amsterdam and Municipal Secretary/general director of various Dutch municipalities. In addition to her work at the HBD, Lotte is active in various networks aimed at personal and organizational development, including on behalf of UNICEF Netherlands. Lotte de Jong studied History at the University of Amsterdam and subsequently followed various courses in the areas of business administration, management and mediation.

Mr. was born in 1961 and is Marketing, Communication and Innovation specialist with strong competencies on Brand & Pack Design and Strategy. Mr. Molinari is working since more than 20 years in the Consumer Marketing and Innovation field, both within Innovation Centres and Local Operating Companies.
Up to end 2004 European he was working as Marketing Manager of Cif, one of the Unilever Global brands.Before that he managed other Unilever brands at different levels so as Domestos, Skip, Vim, Svelto, and Lysoform. Before he overtook is current function he was working as Marketing Director for Bonduelle Italy (canned, frozen and fresh vegetables) and was responsible for some Bonduelle European innovation projects.

After finishing the studies “Applied Economic Sciences” he was working in a managing position at the DIY-chain Gamma from 1988 till 1992. 1992 he became CEO of Hubo België nv through a Management Buy-Out. In his working life he is guided by his pioneering spirit and is acting according to his motto “Age quod agis” (free translated: just do it)
